This was delicious, I will add to the repertoire.
我使用了一些印度红辣椒, I don't know how different they are from chiles de arbol but they worked well. I used a bit of smoked paprika in the harissa as well.
The paste wasn't too much of a paste, fairly runny. maybe if you drizzle the evoo in slowly you could get a proper emulsion but you're blending it again in the end so I don't think it makes a difference
I'm happy with it, give it a try
