These were fabulous as they are but I will make two changes when I next make them. The recipe will yield 12, as I like larger ones better, and salt will be increased to 1 teaspoon. I may also add some finely chopped jalapeno pepper. I don't know what took me so long to make these.
I made these and they are delicious! You can definitely sub the cheese with another.
