So flavorful and rich. Definitely will make again. I enjoyed this as a totally new way to serve cooked greens.
I saw Von Diaz create this recipe on Vivian Howard’s pbs show. This is, hands down, the most delicious collard greens recipe of all time! My husband is from Texas and all he knew of greens was ham hocks and hours of cooking. We both now find this preparation of collard greens to be the star of the plate no matter what else is on it….and we are fabulous cooks!
Oh man I love this recipe!!! Best thing is you can sub most ingredients....kale for collards, onion for scallions, tamari or brags for soy sauce.....it's a tasty way to enjoy your greens!
This was very tasty, but a little sweet from al the coconut. I added a little vinegar, and it was great!
