Mini King Cakes from Cartozzo's Bakery

We'd be remiss if we didn't include this legendary king cake from Kenner, Louisiana. In fact, we named the Cartozzo's Bakery king cake our favorite in a 2020 taste test. Staff writer Bridget Hallinanwrote, "Cartozzo's Bakerywas the unanimous favorite. In fact, it beat out every king cake we'veeverhad delivered to the office. What really set it apart was how moist and flaky the cake was—one editor compared it to a potato bun cinnamon roll—in a good way. Factor in the perfect amount of cinnamon and it's a treat we'd gladly enjoy annually."
