Make Ahead
The strata can stand at room temperature for up to 2 hours. Reheat in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes, just until warmed through.
Suggested Pairing
This strata is wonderful with a light, velvety red, like one from Italy's Valpolicella region or a Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir.
