Add the prepared sauce and cayenne and cook, stirring, until the noodles are coated. Add the bean sprouts and pressed tofu and cook, stirring, until the bean sprouts are barely wilted, about 30 seconds. Taste the noodles. Adjust the seasoning, if needed.
