The secret to this sweet, slightly tangy dish: the touch of sherry vinegar in the glaze.
I made this, and it turned out great, EXCEPT:
1. I'd use more vegetables than they said, I had extra oil/honey in the bottom of the pan
2. I also added red potatoes & sweet potatoes, this is very customizable!
I didn't think to take pictures, but my veggie hating husband loved it!
