In a medium saucepan, heat the cream until bubbles appear around the edge; remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in the butter until smooth. Let the frosting cool, then beat with a wooden spoon until slightly thickened.
Followed recipe to a T and it came out too liquidy. I'm letting it set up in the fridge hoping that it will help it thicken up.
