This was part of a 6-course Asian dinner I made for Valentine's Day. I followed this recipe for the dumplings, but left out the garlic. I cooked the dumplings in a skillet, sticking them together using cornstarch to bind them in a lacy ring. These were super-flavorful. I had plenty of leftover ground chicken mixture so I made Thai Chicken Burgers with the meat the following night.
