I love this recipe and carbonara often has a touch of cream added at the end. It's delicious.
This was so addictive and easy. If you seem scared by the yolks remember to just cook over no low heat or almost no heat.

The only thing right about this is the pepper, the rest of the ingredients are just plain wrong (no parmigiano but pecorino, no cured pork/ham/bacon/pancetta but guanciale, no onions, shallots, scallion and absolutely NO garlic or cream ew). No one says you can’t cook a pasta dish with these ingredients, eat it, and appreciate it, just don’t put this recipe in a post about your “Best Italian Food Recipes” (cause I can assure you, it’s NOT italian) and for the love of God, do not call this a Carbonara!

Made this and served it with baked pork. I had to add more pasta water because I used fresh pasta and I used bacon because that's what I had on hand. It turned out great! Total comfort food tbh, added to my recipes notebook.
