Bar Zazu, inspired by tapas bars, should be a lively spot where guests can enjoy sherry, mezcal, and wine tastings while sharing cheese, charcuterie, and Mediterranean small plates. Bar Zazu will also be a chill daytime spot for coffee and sweet and savory pastries.
