The 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America, According to OpenTable
WithValentine's Daydrawing closer, your time to make a dinner reservation dwindles. If you need a little inspiration,OpenTablejust released its annual list of the100 Most Romantic Restaurants in America,which includes winners from 31 different states as well as Washington, D.C, selected from over 30,000 restaurants across the country.
Illinois came out on top with the highest number of restaurants on the list (12), as compared to Ohio last year, and California and Pennsylvania followed with eight restaurants each. You’ll recognize several notable names on the list, includingDanielin New York City, Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford, California, andStephanie Izard’s Girl & the Goat in Chicago (with another location soon to open inL.A.)。其他选择范围从鞍河客栈Saddle River, New Jersey, to chains like The Capital Grille, which was listed for multiple locations.
To cull thelist, OpenTable looked at over 80 million diner reviews collected between December 1, 2018, and November 30, 2019. Restaurants with a minimum “overall” score—comprised of overall diner rating, user clout, total number of reviews, and regional overall rating—and qualifying number of reviews were considered. Then, they were scored and sorted based on the percentage of reviews where “romantic” was selected as a special feature.
